DRS Hail Repair (“we”, “us”) inspects and repairs hail-damaged vehicles through programs run with partner dealerships. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book an inspection or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (such as make, model, year and VIN) and insurance details (such as your insurer, policy and claim numbers). At your inspection we take photos of your vehicle and its damage.

How we use it

We use your information to book and confirm your inspection, send reminders, prepare your repair estimate, work with your insurer on your claim, schedule and complete your repair, apply any rebate you qualify for, and follow up on your repair and warranty.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to provide these services: with the dealership running the program, with your insurance company and its adjusters, and with service providers that run our booking, messaging and records systems for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Messages from us

If you book with us, we send messages about your appointment and repair by text and email. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service, honour your warranty and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft and unauthorized access.

Your choices
